on actual orders?

No, on actual orders the "Soulize Greetings" watermark will not appear and copyright information appears at the very end of the Business Video Greeting Card.

Can I send a Buiness Video Greeting Card in an email?

Yes, our Virtual BVGC can be included in your company emails.
You pay per view.   If a visitor views the card more than once, you only pay once per visit. Views generated from a commercial IP address, get 10 free views, thereafter you are charged per view.

Do you charge sales taxes?

We charge 5% sales tax to any DVD orders shipped within the state of Virginia. Shipments to other states will not incur sales taxes.
Our Virtual BVGCs do not incur sales taxes.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most DVD BVGCs ship out within 10-12 business days after we received all necessary files from you (logo, photo, etc...) and after you have approved proof.

The Virtual BVGC is completed within 2 business days.

How long should my personalized closing be?

Personalized closing on video should be no longer than 60 seconds.
Personalized closing using text only should be no longer than four sentences.

Is each dvd 100% compatible?

Business Video Greeting Cards on DVD can be played on most dvd players. Older dvd players may have problems reading the dvd.

Is there an extra charge for personalization?

No, personalization is included in the price. Your company name and logo appear on the Business Video Greeting Card. When ordering DVDs, your company name, logo, colors, and address appears on the DVD cover.
